PERFECT for my 15.6" ASUS G51JX-X3 laptop! May 19, 2010

I purchased an ASUS G51JX-X3 laptop to play Warcraft from the couch or while traveling, and this cooler works great with it. Very quiet, excellent build/controls, and if I justify the front edge of my laptop to the front edge of the cooler, then it blows air into all of the cooling intake holes in the bottom of the laptop. PERFECT!

The only Cooling pad that does something close to what I expected is the Zalman.
The temperature dropped over 5 to 10 degrees Celsius (~40 to 50 Fahrenheit), depending on the temperature in the room.
The quality of the materials used is also excellent.
It is not easily portable, due to its weight.
But for home, it is perfect.
I was looking for a very efficient cooling pad for my laptop (Dell XPS M1530), as it is known to have heating issues (especially with the graphic card).
I tried the logitech N100 [...]
This last one was a joke.
I usually love Logitech products. I have many of their mice and keyboards, which I strongly recommend.
But their cooling pad should be removed from the market, as plenty of others.
It is inefficient. Less than 1 to 3 degrees Celsius difference (~33 to 37 Fahrenheit), depending on the temperature in the room.
I obviously do not recommend it.

This is a quality built unit with plenty of air flow blowing up to keep you system cooler. I have a HP DV 9000 Laptop and the fit is pefect. My system run abut 12 degree's cooler since I plugin the cooler. The extra usb port, fan control and ON/OFF switch are located on the side for easy access. I highly recommend this cooler for anyone who want's to reduce the heat build up in there large laptop.
